So, hang out with us for a month to learn kettlebell exercises and how to do them like a pro: safely and for max results.  

Starting with the basics, you'll quickly progress and learn awesome kettlebell exercises, variations and complexes as well as techniques professional kettlebell lifters use to prevent injury, build muscle, increase endurance and live life in peak condition. 

At the end, you'll be stronger, leaner, and using kettlebells with total confidence for strength, cardio, endurance and mobility training.

Classes

These classes start heavy on the technique and lighter on exercise intensity, and carefully ramp up to All-Star status the final week.

Classes range from 30-45 minutes, with an average class length of 35-40 minutes.

The variety of exercises helps keep every workout fun and interesting.

Our proven method gives you undeniable results in a short amount of time.

And our emphasis on technique keeps you safe, healthy, and strong no matter what level you’re starting from.

Recommended:  A matching light-medium pair of kettlebells

Required:  One light-medium kettlebell

Optional: A variety of kettlebell weights, yoga mat and/or mat for your knees, wrist bands, chalk

Access

Challenge videos are embedded on this website on your training program page (you'll need to create an account at checkout). FYI, this is a separate system from the Pro Kettlebell Workouts App.

For easy viewing, we like to screencast to a TV but it still works from a laptop or computer - whatever you prefer.

You'll get to mark your classes complete as you go and enjoy watching the progress circle close.

Online Coaching

There's no motivation to show up to your workout and do your best like having someone waiting for you.

Even better is when the person waiting can help you improve your technique, know which weights to use, find the right modifiers if you're working around injuries, and teach you the best kettlebell lifting techniques for your body type to get the specific results that you want.

Online coaching appointments are scheduled with Pro Kettlebell Owner and Head Coach Nikolai Puchlov. You'll work together to find a convenient & available time for your sessions 4:30a-6:30p PST Mon-Fri. After purchasing, we'll reach out to schedule, but feel free to send him an email right away with your preferred times.

And don't worry, if you aren't able to find a time that works for both of you, online coaching sessions are fully refundable, so long as you initiate the return within 30 days of purchase, and prior to any of the sessions being scheduled. Please note there are no refunds for completed or missed sesssions.

You’ll start with the basics and quickly progress seamlessly through the beginner kettlebell workouts, adding variations, complexes, and more advanced techniques that professional kettlebell lifters use to prevent injury, build muscle, increase endurance and live life in peak condition.  By the end of the program, you'll be stronger, leaner, and using kettlebells with total confidence for strength, cardio, endurance and mobility training.

This program is so comprehensive, it's even a prerequisite for our trainer certification. But don't let that intimidate you. You don't have to be in good shape. You don't need any experience. You don't even need to own a kettlebell - you can follow these video classes at a gym near you and use theirs!

All you need is the willingness to show up.
