What to Expect from Our Kettlebells
Pro Kettlebell’s patented, contoured arm rests promote proper technique by guiding your arm to its most ergonomic position. Unlike other kettlebells, where so much of the weight presses into your forearm at one spot (causing painful bumps and bruises), this contouring spreads the weight of the kettlebell across your forearm. All "Apollo" kettlebells (our larger kettlebells) and all "Atlas" kettlebells (our smaller kettlebells) are the same size and shape regardless of weight.
This consistency allows you to keep your technique the same as you move between lighter and heavier bells, resulting in seamless and safer workouts.
The weight of each bell is determined by how hollow the kettlebell is. The lighter the kettlebell, the more hollow. The heaviest weights in each line are nearly solid, leaving a fingertip rim.
We designed the bells to be flat on the inside so you can add one of our magnetic chip weights.
This design keeps the center of mass as high as possible, which allows for maximum control while maneuvering the kettlebell. You'll find your ballistic kettlebell moves like cleans, jerks and snatches much cleaner when you order kettlebells online with Pro Kettlebell.
The Flat Spot
The flat "face" of the Pro Kettlebell allows it to lay on its side and become a stable platform for exercises like kettlebell pushups.
Also, in case you were to lose control and drop it during a swing, snatch, or while kettlebell juggling (it's a thing!) the flat spot keeps the kettlebell from rolling and potentially damaging something or someone in its path.
The horns (the parallel sides of the handle) are designed for ergonomics while holding the kettlebell both right-side up and upside-down. This makes it more comfortable and versatile than other kettlebells.
The handles are 34mm (Atlas) and 35mm (Apollo) and come unfinished so they hold chalk beautifully.
They’re polished smooth on the top and underside, but we leave a little texture on the sides for extra grip that makes them easier to hold and feel lighter when swinging.
The base ring (the bottom) of a Pro Kettlebell is proportionatley wider than other kettlebells, providing more stability when performing exercises like renegade rows where you're planking on the handles.
This base ring also has a smooth edge so you can grip it, allowing for an extra hand-hold on the bottom.

Hollow Core Design
Competition kettlebells are uniform in outer geometry, so all weights are the same size and shape on the outside but the lighter the kettlebell, the more hollow it is.
Flat Inside
24kg is the heaviest we can make Atlas Line Pro Kettlebells since they are close to filled at that point.
The Apollo line has a larger outer geometry, so a 32kg Apollo looks like a 24kg Atlas… almost solid, where an 8 kg is completely empty.
Regardless of the weight, the inside is flat, to accommodate easy and strong attachment to our Level-Up Magnetic Chip Weights.
The thought is really good, and the quality is great. The problem is that the magnet is not as strong as I thought it would be. If you bump the weight on the ground, the chip will come loose. I just wish the magnet was stronger. If you don't accidentally bump the ground, and just use it for swings then I think you would be fine.
The kettlebells were shipped to Germany and arrived at my door faster than most regional orders. The FedEx delivery man didn't just dump them as some other companies do, he actually brought them to my door. Actually he woke me up in the morning as I didn't expect the delivery. This is my only downside: The info across the platforms didn't quite keep up. I had to make a customs statement which was simply replying to an e-mail that luckily didn't get lost.
The kettlebells plus some stuff cost me 320 Euros and the shipping alone was 223,95 Euros. I guess you can expect a premium service for the price. ;)

I purchased a factory second, but I could not tell what the defect was; it is my first buy from Pro Kettlebell, and it's the Atlas, which is indeed much lower to the ground than my other competition bells, similar to a black cast iron bell in that regard, and as such, requires a deeper hinge/squat to initiate engagement. I am now curious about the Apollo model. As I actually bought the Atlas for a smaller - framed friend, it is a good choice for them, at 5' 4", yet I am 5' 10" and accustomed to competition sizes. Regarding the quality, the Atlas is an excellent cast; as a steel foundry worker in the past, it's easy to recognize a good pour from a melt. Well done. I do have to say, I am not a fan of the guitar pick, indent style of the Atlas. The most important thing for me, really, is finding a USA manufacturer of competition kettlbells; hollow core and standard handles. So I may have to buy an Apollo and ignore the design element of the 'ergonomics' involved with the guitar-pick and indent. I know these are intended to ease strain and improve form;I would rather see Pro Kettlebell creating a more standard round body, even a USA made version of the Vulcan style, extra wide handle for dedicated two-handed swings. I was not as impressed with some other brands, such as Paradgm Pro, their casting led me dubious, as they use a piece of rebar inside to stabilize the outer shell, and while kettle bell kings are fine, the quality of Pro Kettlebell steel is obviously a superior. I do recommend Pro Kettlebell Atlas over standard cast iron bells, and I have had a full set of Rogue bells; my two cents; support USA made.
The ergonomics of the bell, weight distribution along the chips are the best way to improve form, mobility, and strength. Great product.

I’ve been training with kettlebells since 2012. Got into them on active due because they offered a small portable gym while deployed.
This is my first competition style bell (all hard style bells prior) and I have fallen in love with kettlebell training again. The arm pockets allow me to lift longer and more comfortably as well as the handle allows for a better grip without the use of chalk. Also since I’ve been doing longer sets I have yet to rip my hands which is something that if I was not carful with using the hard style bells would happen every so often.
The one negative I will give the bell is that due to no protective coating around the handle and horns, those areas tend to develop rust quickly from sweat. I do I’ve in Texas which is hot most of the year so cooler climate may not have the same issue. I contacted Pro Kettlebell directly with tips on how to manage the rust issue to which they responded promptly with great answers.
Despite this one negative I still give these bells 5 stars. All the benefits out weigh the 1 negative immensely!!!
I plan on replacing all my bells with Pro Kettlebells!!!
PS: be prepared to wait on receiving your order. I waited almost 4 months. I contacted Pro Kettlebell and they again responded in a timely manner. I even got to the point I regretted ordering but the wait was truly worth it.

I am new to kettlebells and purchased 4kg through 24kg Altas kettlebells. These are well made and I find working with them has re-energized my strength and conditioning program. Worth the wait, if out of stock.
First I want to acknowledge pro kettle bell and their ongoing unwavering support of competitions in Canada. My first purchase was inspired with their generous gift coupon at a competition in Nanaimo Canada. I recently purchased two kettle bells, 12 kg and 16 kg atlas line. From my online purchase experience, through delivery and subsequent use of these beautiful kettle bells I’m thrilled and would recommend highly these bells to anybody serious about competitive lifting.
Shirt fit perfectly when arrived. However, after the first wash it shrunk from a medium to a small. So I guess order a size up.
This is my second purchase from ProKettlebell. My 20kg bell just arrived to go with my 8, 12 and 16 (all singles).
The 20 seems to be even more impressive than my previous purchase. The spot for the magnet seems to be smoother and has a lip for better contact and fit. Paint and finish are flawless. Feel in the hand is amazing. I don’t use chalk and I have zero issues besides some calluses that I sand down occasionally.
My only caution to potential buyers would be that ProKettlebells are going to ruin the traditional cast iron bells you see in your local gym. Once you go ProKettlebell you won’t go back. Proceed with caution. They are very addictive.
A must have for anyone serious about taking their Kettlebell practice to the next level!

Picked up a 16+20kg Atlas bell and couldn’t be happier. They highlighted and allowed me to correct a form/problem that was a result of working with multi-size traditional KBs previously. Bonus - no more hamburger hands on long sets! Love the versatility of the wide/open base too.
I am 86 years old, weigh 83 lbs on good days, and am 5 ft tall. Been swinging kbs since I met Pavel 20 years ago. Flash: arthritic thumbs and kbs do not go well together, so how to continue with my beloved kbs?? THE ATLAS. The unique shape actually takes what was very hurtful pressure off my thumbs when in the rack or any resting proper hand position. What a joy...
