Returns, Exchanges & Defects
Because this is a pre-order, limited allocation drop, we are not offering returns or exchanges on Canada Drop 2026 orders.

We stand behind our manufacturing. If a kettlebell arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (however unlikely), we will assess the issue and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- Partial reimbursement
- Or refund appropriate to the scale of the defect
Minor cosmetic imperfections that sometimes occur during transit (small paint scuffs, minor surface marks, packaging wear) may qualify for a shipping damage reimbursement claim with the carrier rather than a product defect claim. If you have any issues, send as pictures and we'll take care of you!
Any issues must be reported within 30 days of receipt of your kettlebell.
