Kettlebell & Chip Weight Returns: 30-Day Return Policy
Final-Sale Items: Factory Seconds, special-edition finishes, “Deals of the Day,” and products identified with similar promotional language are final sale and are not eligible for courtesy returns. Defective final-sale items remain eligible for replacement. Cosmetic imperfections or weight variations disclosed as part of a Factory Second or other final-sale product are not considered defects.
Courtesy Returns: Standard physical products may be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. The cost of the return shipping label, along with any portion of the actual outbound shipping cost not covered by the shipping amount originally paid, will be deducted from the product refund.
Please note that the actual cost of shipping a kettlebell is higher than our subsidized flat-rate shipping charge of $19.99–$29.99 per kettlebell. Within the continental United States, actual shipping generally ranges from approximately $1.20 per pound for heavier kettlebells to $1.50–$2.00 per pound for lighter kettlebells. International shipping costs are higher.

For kettlebell and Magnetic Chip Weight returns, please allow 7–10 days after we receive the returned item to process your refund or ship your replacement. Your bank may require additional time to post an eligible refund to your account.
Courtesy returns and refunds are not available after 30 days except as required by applicable law. Product failures covered by our Lifetime Guarantee remain eligible for replacement.
Defective Items: If your item is defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide free return shipping and replace the defective item at no cost. Replacement is our first remedy for defective items. If a replacement is unavailable or another remedy is required by applicable law, we will provide an appropriate alternative.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund to the original payment method within 24 hours of purchase or until the order ships, whichever occurs first. No cancellation fee or payment-processing fee will be deducted.
After 24 hours, an order that has not yet shipped may still be canceled, but the full amount paid will be issued as Pro Kettlebell store credit only.
Once an order has shipped or been transferred to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled. Any request received after shipment will be handled according to the applicable return policy above.
To request a cancellation, email info@prokettlebell.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
Store credit does not expire. It will be issued to the customer profile associated with the email address used for the order and may be applied toward a future purchase from our online store.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided under applicable consumer-protection laws.
Magnetic Chip Weights - Limited Warrantee
The chip weight itself (without magnet or straps): lifetime guarantee from breaks or cracks.
30-day money back satisfaction on magnetic chip weight as a whole. Please note, magnets are ceramic, and it is possible for them to crack. Handle with care.
Straps can wear over time depending on use, but replacement straps are available for purchase.
Other Retail
