The Pro Pallet follows the same basic philosophy as our gym recommendations:
More of the weights that get used most. Progressively fewer bells as the loads get heavier.
It’s a fixed Factory Run assortment, so it isn’t intended to duplicate every customized gym setup exactly. Instead, it gives you a 48-bell core fleet concentrated around the highly useful 8–24kg range, with additional heavier bells for stronger members and strength-focused training.
Facilities serving a large population of very deconditioned beginners, youth or members needing especially light loads may choose to add a few 4kg kettlebells separately.
Think of the Pro Pallet as your ready-made foundation. The Field Guide helps you fine-tune from there.
