And we want to share every great method and hard lesson we learned along the way to help you do the same if you want to. This certification isn't just about improving your swing - it's about mastering multiple techniques that work for an assortment of body types and having a range of teaching cues you can use in any situation. It's about asking questions and challenging norms. It's about understanding the benefits and risks of an exercise, a method, or a technique, rather than simply repeating what you've heard other people say or do. Testing

Requirements to receive certification:

  • watch assigned videos
  • turn in homework
  • document 20-hours of practice teaching
  • complete sample teaching assignment with a new lifter volunteer
  • complete and pass written test (85 questions, score B+ or higher to pass)
  • Complete a challenging physical test demonstrating proficiency in kettlebell jerk and snatch as well as a variety of kettlebell fitness exercises and techniques (weight and set requirements vary).

You will be able to re-test any failed component within 1-year of your start date.

Timeline

On your program start date, you will receive the instructor manual, access to the training videos and the facebook group and a checklist of assignments.

The program is SELF-PACED.

Once you've completed the coursework, you can test anytime within one-year of your program start date.

This 100-hour program is conducted online at your own pace. Using our private facebook group (or another method if necessary), you'll submit assignments and video uploads as you go, receiving customized individual feedback to ensure your success.
