Introducing 6-Week Kettlebell Biathlon Training Program TRAINER FILE! Developed by the experts at Seattle Kettlebell Club in preparations for a SISU Kettlebell Sport Competition in Astoria, OR, these 24 written workouts and customizable templates are designed to challenge your body and mind with a combination of intense kettlebell programming and body weight ancillary exercises. You'll be amazed at how quickly you see results with this innovative training approach. Follow the workouts as written or customize the templates to tackle your weaknesses and elevate your results.


One of many progressive class series conducted at Seattle Kettlebell Club, this is a 4-day per week training program that will get you to complete 5 or 10-minute sets of 1-arm snatch and 2-arm jerk without setting down the bells at the end of the series. 


Each class takes about 45-minutes including warm up and cool down, but could be completed more quickly, as it allows for several minutes of rest between sections.

Priced at roughly $1 per workout, each training day was written by award-winning head coach Nikolai Puchlov, and is sized to perfectly project to a TV screen.


You get a printable PDF containing all of the workouts, plus a link to the template in CANVA so you can customize the program with any changes you'd like, and/or download the workouts in JPG, PNG, PDF or movie format.

Please note there are no videos or descriptions of the exercises in these files as they're intended to be used by trainers or those already familiar with our kettlebell programs and exercises.
