These four 40-minute workouts (recommended to perform four each week for ten weeks) are carefully created to build you up without breaking you down. You'll develop lean muscle tone, surprising strength, move with more flexibility and ease, and generally just feel more awesome living in your body. No thinking required, show up with one kettlebell and press play. 

 

Each week you'll get:

  • 1 Strength Focus Workout
  • 1 Cardio Focus Workout 
  • 1 Mobility Focus Workout
  • 1 "Wild Card" Workout (Theme Varies Weekly)


Only 1 kettlebell required, but bring heavier and lighter weights and/or matching pairs if you have them. Optional equipment: jump rope, yoga mat, mobility stick.

Classes

Forty 40-minute workouts! (Suggested pace of 4 classes per week for 10 weeks.  Exact class times range from 37-43 minutes, with most finishing within a minute or so of the 40-minute target.)

Only one "medium-weight" kettlebell necessary but bring your matching pairs or variety of weights if you have them.

Optional equipment:

yoga mat, jump rope, mobility stick or resistance band

Who It's For

Run faster, climb higher, stay longer & look great while you do it.

Use an appropriate weight and move at an appropriate pace and this is a program that gets great results whether you're already very athletic or you're new to working out.

Modifiers are offered to decrease or increase the difficulty of the classes as written, but please take the Rookies Challenge or equivalent kettlebell training (knowledge of the kettlebell swing, clean, and ideally jerk and snatch) prior to starting the 40-4-40.

Access

Challenge videos are embedded on this website on your training program page (you'll need to create an account at checkout). FYI, this is a separate system from the Pro Kettlebell Workouts App.

For easy viewing, we like to screencast to a TV but it still works from a laptop or computer - whatever you prefer.

You'll get to mark your classes complete as you go and enjoy watching the progress circle close.

Online Coaching

There's no motivation to show up to your workout and do your best like having someone waiting for you.

Even better is when the person waiting can help you improve your technique, know which weights to use, find the right modifiers if you're working around injuries, and teach you the best kettlebell lifting techniques for your body type to get the specific results that you want.

Online coaching appointments are scheduled with Pro Kettlebell Owner and Head Coach Nikolai Puchlov. You'll work together to find a convenient & available time for your sessions 4:30a-6:30p PST Mon-Fri. After purchasing, we'll reach out to schedule, but feel free to send him an email right away with your preferred times.

And don't worry, if you aren't able to find a time that works for both of you, online coaching sessions are fully refundable, so long as you initiate the return within 30 days of purchase, and prior to any of the sessions being scheduled. Please note there are no refunds for completed or missed sesssions.
