Here's a series of 21 great kettlebell classes from Seattle Kettlebell Club.
These classes are a mix of kettlebell and bodyweight exercises and are in 4-6 blocks of timed exercises. Each class is about 45-minutes including an added 6 minute warmup and 5 minute cool down. The chosen exercises and the timed format makes it super simple for a wide variety of people to work out together; one of the biggest secrets of Seattle Kettlebell Club's success.
You get a printable PDF containing all of the workouts, plus a link to the template in CANVA so you can customize the program with any changes you'd like, and/or download the workouts in JPG, PNG, PDF or movie format.
Please note there are no videos or descriptions of the exercises in these files as they're intended to be used by trainers or those already familiar with our kettlebell programs and exercises.
