Program Description

5-Weeks of fun, progressive kettlebell workouts to build toned bodies and incredible strength and endurance.

Weekly Schedule

  • Mondays: Chest, Back, Biceps
  • Tuesdays: Full Body
  • Wednesdays: Legs, Shoulders, Triceps
  • Thursdays: Mash Up (Kettlebell Fitness/Kettlebell Sport Mash Up - which means lots of doubles exercises like swings, cleans, jerks and snatch)
  • Fridays: Full Body

Feel free to change the schedule as needed (for example, you may take Tuesdays and Thursdays off as rest days instead of Saturdays and Sundays) but do be sure to follow the classes in order, since it is a progressive training program.

Classes

The classes range from 25-49 minutes.  

In the beginning of the series, the full body classes are longer (around 45 minutes) while the targeted strength building classes are shorter (25-30 minutes). 

As the series progresses through the 5 weeks, it switches so that the full body classes become shorter, and the strength classes become longer as you build your strength endurance.

Requirements

A matching pair of kettlebells plus a lighter and/or heavier kettlebell or two is ideal, but you can get through the program with one kettlebell if that's all you have.

Optional: yoga mat, chalk, wrist guards

Who It's For

Go strong, go long! A fun, full-body strength endurance challenge that strengthens, tones, builds power and speed.

We offer modifiers to make it more accessible for those new to working out but for safety and to make sure you get the best resutls, take our beginner's Kettlebell Rookies Challenge or equivalent training first to learn the swing, clean, press, jerk and snatch.

Access

Challenge videos are embedded on this website on your training program page (you'll need to create an account at checkout). FYI, this is a separate system from the Pro Kettlebell Workouts App.

For easy viewing, we like to screencast to a TV but it still works from a laptop or computer - whatever you prefer.

You'll get to mark your classes complete as you go and enjoy watching the progress circle close. And here's an important piece of motivation to help you complete the challenge: it's 5 weeks with an extra week of access added so you have a little buffer time to start or finish if you need it... but access does expire permanently after the 42nd day!

Online Coaching

There's no motivation to show up to your workout and do your best like having someone waiting for you.

Even better is when the person waiting can help you improve your technique, know which weights to use, find the right modifiers if you're working around injuries, and teach you the best kettlebell lifting techniques for your body type to get the specific results that you want.

Online coaching appointments are scheduled with Pro Kettlebell Owner and Head Coach Nikolai Puchlov. You'll work together to find a convenient & available time for your sessions 4:30a-6:30p PST Mon-Fri. After purchasing, we'll reach out to schedule, but feel free to send him an email right away with your preferred times.

And don't worry, if you aren't able to find a time that works for both of you, online coaching sessions are fully refundable, so long as you initiate the return within 30 days of purchase, and prior to any of the sessions being scheduled. Please note there are no refunds for completed or missed sesssions.

Can’t access my account.

Hi Mary,

I’m so sorry to hear you can’t access your account. I know you had trouble logging in initially, but after posting your previous review that the classes were too hard for the over 70 crowd, I assumed that one of my previous emails had helped and you had gained access.

I know the free access I gave you through the website and the Pro Kettlebell Workouts App has already expired, but you should still be able to login to your account. I’d be happy to troubleshoot over the phone. You also still have free access through the direct link I emailed you last week, so that will be your fastest and easiest way to access these classes.

I very much apologize for the trouble and am especially disappointed since I was trying to take extra care of you by giving you free classes in the first place. I’ve never received a 1-star review in 10 years of running this business and customer service is very important to me, so I would really like to resolve this and make you happy.

LOVE LOVE the online courses, since the gym was quite a drive for me. Pro Kettlebell is a higher quality on-line class from several others I have done. Having the narrator in addition to the instructor is so much more professional making it easier to stay in sync.
