What You Need for Class

  • A computer, cell phone or tablet to follow along with the videos
  • At least one kettlebell you can press with one arm 20 times in under a minute
  • An area big enough to lay down in, a little wider than a yoga mat, and overhead clearance a few inches beyond your reach
  • Optional: Yoga mat, wrist guards, hand chalk, jump rope, additional kettlebells, wall, bench (mostly to assist with modifications if you require them).

Most workouts are a mix of bodyweight and single kettlebell exercises, but the additional bells and whistles are nice and will get used if you have them.

I have been loving the Pro Kettlebell classes online. The classes are structured in a way that I feel I get a good cardio to strength workout. The structure of class makes it feel like the class goes by fast. I started out with only one KB and that worked out well. I was able to get a second KB at same size to start working double KB movements for added difficulty. The classes give options for scalability at all levels.
